Our Locations
1. Where are you located?
Our headquarters are located at 200 Markley St, Port Reading, NJ 07064. Here, you will find our showroom and expansive slab gallery, which you can tour in-person. To set up an appointment or virtual tour, click here.
In addition to our HQ, we also have a flagship NYC showroom, located in the Flatiron District at 20 W 22nd St, Ste 812, New York, NY 10010. While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure a sales rep will be readily available to assist you.
2. Are you open on weekends?
No, our locations are not open on the weekends.
3. Do you have any other warehouses?
At this time, our only warehouse is located in Port Reading, NJ.
Pricing + Lead Times
1. What is the price range of your products?
Pricing depends on the material type, size, and quantity. For example, marble tile is significantly more expensive than porcelain. To receive a detailed quote based on your specific project needs, please fill out our Price Request Form.
2. How long will it take to receive material?
Lead times vary depending on the requested material. We stock thousands of tiles and slabs in our NJ warehouse, which can typically ship within 1–5 business days. Non-stock items may require longer lead times.
We’ll confirm estimated delivery at purchase and let you know if faster alternatives are available. Please note, lead times are subject to availability at the time of order.
3. Does Nasco ship across the country?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the US, directly to your project site.
4. Why is sales tax applied to my order?
Sales tax is required by law in states where we have nexus (NY/NJ), mandated by state regulations.
Orders
1. How do I place an order?
When you’re ready to move forward, reach out to your dedicated Nasco sales representative, who will guide you through the ordering process. If you’re not currently working with a Nasco rep, simply fill out the “General Inquiry” form above or email info@nascostonetile.com, and we’ll connect you with one.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Please refer to the details listed on each product’s description page or confirm directly with your Nasco representative.
3. Can I order samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely. You can request samples by completing our Request a Sample form, and we’ll process your request as quickly as possible.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: check, wire, ACH (mailed checks may delay order processing).
5. My tile order arrived damaged. How can I get a replacement?
If your order arrived damaged, the damage MUST be signed “damaged” on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery and pictures will be required of the damaged material on the delivery vehicle.
Please reach out to your Nasco sales rep within 3 working days of delivery in order to find a solution.
Fabrication + Install
1. How do I install and care for my material?

2. Does Nasco cut/fabricate in-house?
We don’t currently offer in-house cutting or fabrication services, but customers are welcome to work directly with their preferred fabricator for those needs.
